Late arrivals of 45 minutes or more will terminate our meeting. If the client cancels twice in a row, they'll no longer be able to book with me. Ever.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
No calls, no show with no communication or notice will grant the client instant denial of any future meetings; furthermore, they will be required to fully pay the ticket of their choice.
